Glass damage: from request to solution Not all damage should be treated in the same way. We therefore first examine the damage, the glass and the vehicle before determining what is technically possible.
1. Collecting information We collect the necessary information about the vehicle and the glass, including the make, model, year of manufacture, chassis or construction number, position and dimensions of the glass, tint and type of glazing.
2. Assessing the damage We assess the damage in relation to the glass and the vehicle. This allows us to determine which approach is technically justified and provides a safe, durable solution.
3. Agreeing on the solution Based on our assessment, we discuss the proposed approach and determine which glass, materials and working conditions are required.
4. Carrying out the work Once you have given your approval, we schedule an appointment and our technicians carry out the work. You then receive the work order and the file is processed administratively.

Temperature The location must be covered, dry and sufficiently heated. This allows the products used to cure correctly.
Space Sufficient free space must be available to work safely around the vehicle. Both the vehicle and the glass must be completely dry.
Time The curing time depends on the work carried out. After a replacement, we will tell you when the vehicle can safely be moved again.
